FAQs / Help

Do I have to pre-book?

Pre-booking is essential. Session numbers are strictly limited to ensure a great experience, so we strongly recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Can I bring my own food?

Unfortunately not, we have a fantastic café offering a great range of fresh local food and hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy. Please advise a member of the team about any dietary requirements.

What do I need to bring?

Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from our gift shop.

Do you charge for adults?

Everyone requires a ticket. You can purchase up to two Adult tickets per paid child ticket, a maximum of two per transaction. Adults are charged at £2.00 per ticket.

Can I bring a buggy / pram?

Where possible we ask you to avoid bringing a buggy into the building to ensure clear walkways but understand this is not always possible. We do offer a pram store within the building, where owners can leave prams at their own risk.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, Bear Town is wheelchair friendly with a level floor, wide doors and disabled toilets and static changing tables. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ahead of your visit so we can do all we can to ensure an enjoyable time with us.

Do you offer free parking?

Yes, we have a large car park next to Bear Town.
